Air Transport

We work with certified pet nanny services and commercial cargo carriers to safely transport your puppy to any major US airport.

• Door-to-airport or airport-to-airport delivery available
• Fully climate-controlled cabin or cargo hold transport
• Live flight tracking shared with you in real time
• Puppy travels in an airline-approved, padded carrier with food, water, and a comfort blanket
• Estimated cost: $350 – $550 depending on destination

Ground Transport

For customers within driving distance, or for longer-distance ground delivery via a professional pet transport service.

• Certified, insured pet transport drivers
• Climate-controlled vehicles with regular stops for water and exercise
• GPS tracking updates sent throughout the journey
• Estimated cost: $200 – $450 depending on distance

Self Collection

You are always welcome to collect your puppy in person. We encourage you to visit so you can see our facilities and meet the parents.

• Collection available by appointment only
• Bring a valid photo ID
• Full handover pack provided on collection — health records, AKC papers, vaccination certificate, microchip registration, food starter pack, and comfort blanket
• No additional cost for self collection

Deposit Amount

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure and reserve your chosen puppy. This deposit is deducted from the total purchase price when you complete the payment.

How to Pay Your Deposit

We accept the following payment methods for deposits and final balance:

• Zelle (preferred — instant, no fees)
• Cash App
• PayPal (Friends & Family)
• Bank transfer / wire transfer
• Cash on collection

Payment details are provided when you contact us to reserve your puppy. We do not accept credit/debit card payments at this time.

Deposit Holds Your Puppy

Once your deposit is received and confirmed:

• Your chosen puppy is immediately removed from our available listings
• We will send you a confirmation email with all details
• You will receive regular photo and video updates of your puppy as they grow
• We will contact you approximately 1 week before your puppy is ready to arrange shipping or collection

The Reservation Process

   Browse our listings
   Visit the Puppies Available page and choose the puppy you love. Check their colour, sex, date of birth, and read their full description.

   Contact us
   Use our Contact Us form or reach out directly via Instagram @epicbullyz to express your interest. Tell us which puppy you'd like to reserve.

   Complete vetting
   We ask a few simple questions about your home, lifestyle, and experience with bulldogs. We want every puppy to go to the right home.

   Pay your deposit
   Once approved, you pay the $500 deposit via your preferred payment method. Your puppy is then marked Reserved and locked for you.

   Receive updates
   We send regular photos and videos as your puppy grows. You'll feel like part of the process from day one.

   Pay balance & collect
   When your puppy is ready (typically 8 weeks), pay the remaining balance and arrange shipping or collection. Full handover pack provided.

Waiting List

If all current puppies are reserved or sold, you can join our waiting list at no cost. We produce regular litters throughout the year and will contact you as soon as puppies matching your preferences become available.

Ready Age

All puppies leave us at a minimum of 8 weeks of age, in line with US federal and state laws. Puppies will be:

• Fully weaned and eating solid food
• First vaccination completed
• Microchipped and registered
• Health checked and cleared by a licensed vet
• AKC registration paperwork prepared

Non-Refundable Deposit

The $500 reservation deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. By paying a deposit, you are entering into a formal reservation agreement. The puppy is then removed from sale and potentially turned away from other buyers on your behalf.

Deposit is non-refundable if:

• You change your mind at any stage before collection
• You fail to collect or arrange shipping within the agreed timeframe
• Your circumstances change and you can no longer take the puppy

Health Guarantee — When Refunds Apply

While deposits are non-refundable, we stand fully behind the health of our puppies. A full or partial refund of the purchase price (not deposit) may be issued in the following circumstances:

• The puppy is diagnosed with a serious hereditary condition within 72 hours of collection, confirmed by a licensed vet
• The puppy is diagnosed with a life-limiting congenital defect within 1 year of purchase
• The puppy passes away due to a pre-existing condition within 72 hours of delivery

In all cases, a vet report from a licensed US veterinarian must be submitted to us within the relevant timeframe. We reserve the right to request a second independent opinion.

Puppy Exchange

In the event of a confirmed hereditary health issue, we may offer a replacement puppy from a future litter as an alternative to a monetary refund. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and agreed upon in writing.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered by our refund or health guarantee:

• Issues arising from improper care, diet, or negligence after purchase
• Minor conditions such as skin folds, eye discharge, or snoring (normal for the breed)
• Change of mind or lifestyle changes after purchase
• Issues arising from the buyer failing to follow our care instructions
• Veterinary bills incurred without prior notification to Epic Bullyz
